Comfortable, Open MRI Imaging
Our Open MRI is designed for patients who experience anxiety in enclosed spaces or have larger body types. The spacious, open design provides a calm, comfortable experience while still delivering high-quality diagnostic images.
What Is a Open MRI?
An Open MRI uses the same magnetic resonance technology as a traditional closed MRI but features an open design on the sides. Instead of a narrow tunnel, you lie on a table with open space around you. This makes it ideal for patients who feel claustrophobic in traditional MRI machines, children who need a parent nearby, and patients with larger body types. While the magnetic field strength may differ from high-field systems, our Open MRI produces excellent diagnostic images for a wide range of conditions.
What Can Open MRI Diagnose?
- Brain and neurological conditions
- Spine injuries and disc problems
- Joint injuries (shoulder, knee, ankle)
- Soft tissue evaluation
- Musculoskeletal disorders
- Abdominal organ assessment
